Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy ("Policy") governs the terms under which refunds, cancellations, or reversals may be processed for transactions carried out through the platform.

Ayush Fiscal Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", "our") is the principal entity providing financial services, including loan processing, disbursement, and repayment collection. RetailPe is a technology platform operated to facilitate user access to these financial services and does not independently provide lending or financial products. All financial transactions and obligations are undertaken and fulfilled by Ayush Fiscal Private Limited in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

RetailPe operates solely as a technology service platform facilitating access to financial services and does not directly provide lending services. All financial products, including loan disbursements, are offered in collaboration with and under the authorization of Ayush Fiscal Private Limited, which remains the principal entity responsible for all financial transactions, underwriting, and regulatory compliance.

By using our services, you ("User", "you", "your") agree to the terms outlined in this Policy.

1. Loan Disbursement – Non-Refundable Nature

2. Cancellation Before Disbursement

You may request cancellation of a loan application only before disbursement of funds.

3. Duplicate / Erroneous Transactions

Refunds may be initiated in the following scenarios:

4. Non-Credit of Disbursed Amount

If the loan amount is not credited within 2 working days of confirmation:

8. Limitation of Liability

RetailPe acts as a technology intermediary platform. Ayush Fiscal Private Limited shall not be liable for delays caused due to banking systems, payment gateway downtime, or external failures.

The Company reserves the right to modify this Policy at any time. Continued usage constitutes acceptance of updates.
